DOF ASA: RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER
DOF ASA (the "Company") has been informed that Bjarte Brøndmo on his own initiative has resigned as a board member in the Company. The Board of the Company is still in compliance with the articles of association of the Company and no extraordinary general meeting will be convened in order to supplement the Board.
