NorSkan Offshore Ltda. represents the DOF group’s activity in Brazil, owning and operating 16 vessels (7 built in Brazil), and it is the management company for all the group’s vessel operations in the region. This includes 4 vessels and 6 new-buildings under construction. In addition, Norskan is managing 3 new-building of advanced construction support vessels for DOF Subsea Brazil. With more growth anticipated in the region, we are expecting to achieve the mark of 1000 employees in 2011.
Norskan has been a supplier to Petrobras since 2003. In 2007 and again in 2008 they won the General Safety Award for their operations with Petrobras.
