DOF – Norskan applies for a listing of its Brazil business (08/03/2010)

DOF ASA (“DOF”) has filed a preliminary document with the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM) as a first step towards a possible listing on the Stock Exchange in Sao Paulo of DOF’s business in Brazil, NorSkan Offshore. An initial public offering is intended to take place in connection with a possible listing.

A local listing may be instrumental in strengthening DOF’s presence in Brazil and is an important element to facilitate future growth in the area. A listing would be expected to attract significant investor interest in the region.
