Change in the Board of Directors of DOF ASA (20-06-2012)

Britt Mjellem has today informed the Chairman that she is resigning as Board member of DOF ASA. Britt Mjellem resigns at her own request, given that she will assume a leading position in a competing company. We thank Britt for her efforts and contributions as a Board member for several years and wish her every success in her future career.

 

The Board now consists of Helge Singelstad – Chairman of the Board, Helge Møgster – Board member, Oddvar Stangeland – Board member, Wenche Kjølås – Board member and Karoline Møgster – Board member.
