DOF SUBSEA ACQUIRES SUBSEA ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS IN AUSTRALIA

DOF ASA is pleased to announce that DOF Subsea’s Australian subsidiary has acquired SWG Offshore from ASX listed Programmed Maintenance Services.SWG Offshore is a specialist subsea engineering and construction business with a track record of successful project execution in Australia and South East Asia. With 40 subsea construction project management and engineering employees SWG Offshore has a strong FPSO and Mooring installation track record with clients including Modec and BHP Billiton Petroleum.

DOF Subsea intends to fully integrate the SWG business into its Asia Pacific operation under the DOF Subsea brand.
