DOF BOA AS has entered into an agreement to sell MV Skandi Hercules (ex. Skandi PMS II).

Skandi Hercules was built in 2002 in China.  DOF acquired 50% of the shares in DOF BOA in 2003 and additional 50% of  the shares in October 2007. Estimated historical value of the vessel  based is approx NOK 335 mill. The contract price is USD 100 mill. The  vessel will be delivered to the new owner end March 2008.
